For the soil required to grow and supply leafy greens to Restaurants and Homes which are in close proximity to our Bases within India (i.e Mulk in Lonavala)

We at Mack Proto Enginnering, sister concern of Bhasin Group , work relentlessly on developing and construction our pilot projects for inquiries and customize as per the clients requirements and supply them as a sample at a one- time development cost which helps them set up our Leafy Springs by Singhs in rural agricultural areas.
We also work as a NBFC to aid in facilitation of leasing land from Sabaariya Kaur Trust Fund. Leasee can only be the one who has an idea for a prototype and will be paying monthly rent to Sabaariya Trust Fund until the cost of borrowing is complete.
Monthly rental payouts help mitigate the risk at a systematically planned and negotiated finance plan to our stakeholder(s) ke employees.
We also deduct monthly 23% salary payments each month from the employee working within our conglomerate group of companies to secure our funding thus easing the pressure on the employee and our Family-Business too! This neutralizing the risk of loan repayment.
Sabaariya Kaur Trust Fund acts as a beneficiary where we have trustees who dedicate 2.3% dividends per year to all female (mother) of the employees (daughter) of Sabaariya Kaur’s stakeholder(s).
The CSR programme aforementioned enables cashflow for the male employee’s household income and also facilitate education, empowerment and long term financial stability for the women running their homes to one day running the Corporate world & comply to a women’s Societal Obligations altogether with her male counter-part by her side.
