Need to complete all classes within 23 days time duration

If flr some reason the csn not (family/inhury) they can contine once they are recovered physically over the extended  time period of 30 days.

Registration begins Starting from 1st July 2025.

Day 1  on 11th August 2025

We start with our 23 days challenge on Day 1 (Augsut 11th) which will speak about theory and benefitary use though this 23 – days coursefor the Mind, Body & Soul.
